We want you to feel confident in your Baku™ Swimwear; if your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all hygiene seals and original tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring the hygiene sticker is firmly in place and all designer tags are attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at any authorized postage location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
